The best way is to join our Talent Community on GuideWell's career page. It’s a great way for candidates to stay in touch with us; learn more about our Be Well, Work Well, Guide Well culture; stay up-to-date with what’s happening with the company; and receive regular updates from the areas you are most interested in.

If I apply to more than one opening, will it hurt or help my chances?
There is no negative impact in applying to more than one opening. However, we suggest that you only apply to open roles where you meet the required experience, skills and education summarized within the job posting. This will ensure that you have the best chance of being considered.
Does GuideWell and its family of companies offer flexible or remote/telecommuting work arrangements? If so, how do I determine if an open position does so?
Several of our companies offer flexible office and remote work arrangements. In addition, we regularly have roles that are 100% remote working positions. For these opportunities, it will be identified as such in the location field.
I received an invitation to video interview for a particular job. Is this a requirement?
In an effort to make the process as convenient and cost effective as possible, in some cases we use video technology to conduct remote interviews. These interviews can be live or recorded allowing candidates to interview in a setting comfortable to them and even at a time most convenient for them.
If you received an email invitation to do a video interview, that is the preferred interview method by the GuideWell representative at this stage of the interview. We use this technology to allow candidates to provide more details about their skills and experiences that a resume will not do justice for - in their own environment and on their own time.
Please plan to record your interview questions using the Hirevue App on your phone, tablet or computer with a camera, within seven calendars days.
If you have concerns regarding the use of video interviewing, please contact your GuideWell representative to discuss potential alternative arrangements.
Once I apply, how do I get an update on where I am in the process? Who can I contact for an update?
You can log into your dashboard via the career site at any time. It is regularly updated to provide the current status relating to each application. When an application status changes, your dashboard is updated in near real-time to reflect this.
You can also send questions regarding the application and interview process to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will make every attempt to answer questions sent to this e-mail address as quickly as possible. In addition, if you are chosen for a phone interview, video interview or assessment, you will be receiving an email, which provides the name and contact information of a Talent Acquisition Consultant who can also answer any questions that you might have.
Lastly, we recommend frequently checking your email, voicemail and texts while you are in an active job search, as we use all three methods to contact you with updates and regarding next steps.
